The Talent Acquisition Officer will drive the recruitment and staffing efforts of the organization by managing the full recruitment cycle. The role involves developing hiring strategies, sourcing candidates, and enhancing talent pipelines to meet the growing workforce needs of the company and clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions with managers.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Support employee engagement and retention strategies.
Assist in implementing and tracking performance appraisal processes.
Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and employee records in line with compliance standards.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
CIPM certification (or in progress) is an advantage.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ikeja, Lagos.
