Job Summary

The Private Banking Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the company's deposit base. The role requires building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), SMEs, and corporate clients while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and acquire HNIs, SMEs, and corporate clients for deposit mobilization.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and enhance deposit products.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new deposit services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirement and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Experienced OND holders can apply).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deposit mobilization, retail/corporate banking, or business development.
• Strong understanding of banking products, particularly savings and investment solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding deposit targets.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
