To actively drive the sales and promotion of the organization’s banking products and services by identifying and engaging with potential clients. The role aims to increase customer acquisition, enhance revenue generation, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell banking products and services to prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated locations (Marina, Lekki, and Bogije).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to organizational policies and standards.
Provide detailed product information, ensuring clients understand the benefits and features of the offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of client requests.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to recommend new strategies and approaches.
Requirement and Skills
Age: 30 years and below
BSc/HND (Lower Credit minimum)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
