Our client in the banking industry seeks to employ an experienced direct sales executive that will meet required financial targets/ sales budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop trust-based relationships with customer base.
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable banking products and services.
- Prepare sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with current banking policies, regulations, and trends
- Gather customer feedback and provide innovative solutions to address their requirements.
- Keep abreast of competitive product offerings available in the market.
- Analyze customer portfolios and develop strategies to increase product uptake.
- Communicate with management team on customer-centric initiatives.
- Stay accountable for achieving sales targets and providing customer satisfaction.
- Organize and attend corporate events to promote the bank’s services.
Requirement and Skills
