To drive the adoption and usage of digital financial services through on-the-ground sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management. This role directly supports the company’s mission to expand financial inclusion and promote cashless transactions.
Promote and sell digital products (e-wallets, POS, merchant services, etc.) to individuals and businesses
Execute customer onboarding and registration processes
Identify, approach, and close new leads in designated territories
Monitor market trends and provide real-time feedback
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Minimum of HND in any discipline
1–2 years’ experience in field sales, especially in FinTech or FMCG
Must not be older than 32 years
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-driven and result-oriented
Willingness to work outdoors and meet sales quotas
