To generate revenue through direct product or service sales, identify new business opportunities, and build sustainable customer relationships. The Sales Representative acts as the face of the brand—driving growth in assigned territories or sectors.
Identify and approach new prospects through cold calls, visits, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Conduct market research to understand client needs and competition
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close transactions
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports and customer feedback
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
1–3 years of field or direct sales experience (FinTech/FMCG is a plus)
Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must be flexible, mobile, and willing to work in assigned territories
Age: Preferably not more than 32 years
