To generate qualified leads and drive conversions by cold calling prospects, promoting products/services, and booking appointments for the sales team. The role is key to expanding the client's customer base through consistent outreach and persuasive communication.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients daily
Pitch product/service offerings persuasively to generate interest
Identify decision-makers and schedule sales appointments
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up details
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Work closely with field sales teams to align lead generation efforts
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field
0–2 years experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales
Must be fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills
Resilient, confident, and target-driven
Must be comfortable working with CRM or call tracking tools
