Develop territory-specific sales strategies for revenue goals.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in FMCG, Packaging, and Industrial sectors.
Promote a variety of chemical products to targeted clients.
Build relationships with procurement managers, plant heads, and technical buyers.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
Act as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and post-sales support.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand changes.
Maintain accurate customer records and performance reports.
Utilize CRM systems and Excel for sales activity monitoring.
Coordinate with logistics teams for accurate product deliveries.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Marketing, or Business.
3-5 years of experience in industrial and specialty chemical sales (background in companies like Relechem, Regatta, Multicheml, Nagode preferred).
Hands-on experience with various products in food and cosmetics.
Strong industry network across diverse industrial and consumer goods sectors.
Proficient in technical sales presentations and negotiation.
Familiar with MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
