Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving local awareness, engagement, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives across Lagos Island. This role focuses on promoting cinema operations, dining and catering services, and event spaces. The ideal candidate will use a mix of digital and traditional marketing tactics, social media campaigns, and grassroots outreach to build customer loyalty, generate sales, and grow the brand's visibility in the entertainment and hospitality space.

Responsibilities

Conduct targeted local area marketing to attract foot traffic and customer engagement across Lagos Island.
Coordinate and manage school excursions and group ticket bookings.
Promote rental of event halls and secure bookings for corporate and private events.
Market Avaz Kitchen services for dine-in, takeout, and catering.
Drive bundle promotions and upsell opportunities across offerings.
Support and brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns and influencer content.
Ensure up-to-date and accurate listings on digital platforms and food delivery services.
Plan and execute in-house mini-events and represent the brand at fairs and expos.
Develop local partnerships for promotions, giveaways, and joint campaigns.
Track and report on sales, customer engagement, and marketing KPIs.
Serve as a brand ambassador at marketing events and community activations.

Requirement and Skills

Strong network within the film, cinema operations, hospitality, and distribution industries.
Demonstrated success in marketing, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
In-depth understanding of film distribution, cinema operations, and event marketing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and public presentation skills.
Strategic and creative thinking in partnership development and promotional planning.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal creation.
Passion for storytelling, entertainment, hospitality, and the film business.
Highly motivated and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
A collaborative team player able to work effectively across multiple departments.
