The Sales & Partnerships Executive will play a critical role in driving film acquisition, ticket sales, and strategic collaborations across the cinema and film distribution space. This role focuses on sourcing compelling film content, forming key partnerships, promoting distribution channels, and executing initiatives that maximize audience engagement and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, has strong industry networks, and is passionate about storytelling, cinema, and strategic growth.
Scout and acquire local and international films for theatrical release.
Build and maintain relationships with producers, filmmakers, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends to identify and secure high-potential film titles.
Lead licensing negotiations and manage promotional/marketing materials.
Promote distribution packages and optimize usage of allocated marketing budgets.
Boost ticket sales through bulk bookings, events, and targeted partnerships.
Develop B2C channels with loyalty programs and value-added offers.
Organize and manage themed nights, special screenings, and in-house premieres.
Establish promotional partnerships with malls and venues.
Pitch tailored catering or event solutions to close revenue-generating deals.
Increase brand and event awareness through pop-ups, expos, and networking.
Strong network within the film, cinema operations, and distribution industry.
Proven success in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of theatrical film distribution and cinema operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset focused on sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue generation.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal development.
Passion for cinema, film storytelling, and the entertainment business.
