The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of sales ambassadors in the Fintech industry, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, fostering client relationships, and driving seamless operations in compliance with industry standards. The role focuses on enhancing team performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the company’s growth in Victoria Island.
Oversee and coach sales ambassadors to meet individual and group objectives.
Regularly monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators.
Conduct training sessions to enhance sales ambassadors’ skills and expertise.
Build long-term client relationships by addressing their needs.
Implement successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve sales outcomes.
Ensure smooth operations by resolving sales team issues.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry rules and business policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management or supervisory roles, preferably within the financial sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
