The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for our banking clients. The ideal candidate will support field marketing activities, engage potential customers, and ensure effective promotion of financial products and services. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate the value of banking products to diverse customers across multiple locations.
Promote and market banking products and services to individuals and businesses within assigned territories.
Assist in developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects to clients.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations in alignment with set goals.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records and report market feedback to supervisors.
Attend training programs to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
Age: 27 years and below
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Experience: Entry-level or 1–2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Passion for sales and customer engagement
