The Digital Account/Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing social media platforms, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring that client objectives are met. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in social media management and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Internal brands and client on social media and digital marketing projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives and maintaining frequent contact.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations for *social media campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Set social media and digital marketing strategies tailored to client specific requirements.
- Develop creative briefs for client projects, including specific social media objectives.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Create and maintain social media content pillars and calendars*, ensuring alignment with client’s brand and objectives.
- Draft, schedule, and post various content across social media platforms**, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others as relevant.
- Monitor, manage, and engage with audiences across *social media channels*, addressing comments, questions, and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
- Prepare and present performance reports highlighting key social media KPIs, campaign results, and ROI.
- Suggest, design, and implement additional digital projects to enhance customer ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media platforms, tools, and marketing strategies.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned.
