Job Summary

The Loan Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential borrowers, marketing loan products, and conducting credit assessments. The role involves processing loan applications, verifying documents, ensuring compliance, and managing loan disbursement and recovery while maintaining a strong loan portfolio.

Requirement and Skills

• Minimum qualification of BSc or HND.
• 3-4 years of experience in loan origination, disbursement, and recovery (microfinance/fintech preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting loan targets and managing a loan portfolio.
• Strong marketing, sales, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of credit assessment, risk analysis, and financial documentation.
