Job Summary
As the Chief Marketing Manager you will be a key leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer and vendor base. He will lead the sales team and spearhead business development initiatives to achieve company objectives.
To be responsible for growth and engagement initiatives by defining the local marketing strategy to drive awareness and grow the user base with a focus on customer acquisition. Use of data analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to foster new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business development potential.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform business development tactics.
Develop and lead the execution of initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Build and lead a high-performing business development team to ensure successful execution of growth plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of business development initiatives.
Negotiate and close large-scale deals and contracts with clients and partners.
Lead efforts to expand the company’s market presence in existing and new regions.
Requirement and Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in driving business growth and expanding market share, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships andidentifying new business opportunities.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
