Job Summary

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, development, and execution of diverse construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and sustainable delivery. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide site teams and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Engineer at ICS Outsourcing, you will:

Oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of construction projects (large and small scale).
Conduct thorough on-site investigations and utilize data analytics to inform planning and decision-making.
Evaluate project risks, determine material needs, and estimate costs to ensure sustainable project execution.
Supervise site investigations and construction activities, including foundation and piling works.
Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site issues and implement innovative engineering solutions.
Track project milestones, generate detailed reports, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Ensure equipment functionality and regulatory compliance on all construction sites.

Requirement and Skills

Education & Experience

BSc/MA/HND in Civil Engineering (minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit).
7 – 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, preferably within a geotechnical engineering firm.

Skills & Competencies

Strong project management and leadership skills.
High attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility.
Practical experience in piling foundation projects and site supervision.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.
Sound knowledge of construction design, utility design, grading, site layout, and erosion control.
Understanding of regulatory processes and engineering approvals.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must hold a valid Professional Engineering License.
