To manage loan processes by recovering debts and ensuring timely repayments from clients, while working with targets and adhering to legal requirements. The role also focuses on negotiating with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service, and maintaining a balance of politeness and confidence to ensure effective debt recovery and loan management.

 

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as debt collector.
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

Requirement and Skills

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Apt in negotiating and persuading.
• Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
• OND/HND/B.Sc.
