To develop and implement recruitment strategies, source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Responsibilities
Screening and interviewing candidates.
Making job offers to successful candidates.
Maintaining up-to-date records of all candidates and applications.
Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Working closely with the Recruitment & Selection team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Requirement and Skills
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPM is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting or related field preferred.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other software.
