As a Dental Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient dental care delivery. You’ll support dentists and other dental professionals during treatments, maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and provide compassionate care to patients, making them feel comfortable and informed. Responsibilities

• • Assist dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists during examinations and treatments.
  • Prepare and maintain the clinical environment before, during, and after procedures.
  • Ensure all instruments and materials are sterilized and readily available.
  • Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring they feel at ease.
  • Provide post-treatment care instructions and answer patient queries.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a caring, empathetic approach.
  • Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Clean and disinfect treatment areas and equipment after each patient.
  • Dispose of clinical waste according to regulations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including charting and updating medical histories.
  • Manage appointment schedules and communicate effectively with patients about treatments and follow-ups.

Requirement and Skills

ND/HND in Dental Science Technology with 1 year post school and clinical experience.
