Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process approved loan disbursements.
• Verify loan approvals, documentation, and customer account details.
• Ensure compliance with disbursement procedures and controls.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions.
• Escalate exceptions and unresolved issues promptly.
• Liaise with Business, Credit, and Operations teams to facilitate seamless processing.
• Prepare periodic loan disbursement reports.

Requirement and Skills

• Age: Maximum 30 years

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ work experience

• Education: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree (subject to the bank’s requirements)

• Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

• Sales Ability: Ability to attract new customers, market banking products, and meet sales targets

• Location: Must be willing to work in Ikoyi, Ahmadu Bello or Surulere, Lagos.
