Job Summary

To drive the acquisition of high-quality properties and expand the inventory pipeline for a leading PropTech (Real Estate) platform.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality residential and commercial properties.

• Build and manage a robust property pipeline.

• Engage with developers, landlords, and key stakeholders to secure inventory.

• Conduct market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities.

• Lead negotiations to secure favorable sourcing and acquisition deals.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.

• Track performance metrics and provide market insights to leadership.

Requirement and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in property sourcing, acquisitions, or development.

• Network: Strong existing network with property developers and a proven portfolio acquisition track record.

• Added Advantage: Relevant professional certifications.
