Job Summary

The Outdoor Marketer will be responsible for executing field marketing activities to promote products and services, increase brand visibility, and drive sales. This role is ideal for energetic, persuasive, and target-driven individuals who thrive in face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services through direct field marketing campaigns.

• Engage prospective customers face-to-face to create awareness and generate interest.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Build positive brand presence through strategic outdoor marketing initiatives.

• Report daily marketing activities and provide feedback on customer insights.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.

Requirement and Skills

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or direct field marketing is an advantage.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Ability to work outdoors and engage diverse audiences confidently.

• Excellent reporting and organizational skills.
