The Business Development Executive will drive growth and profitability for the Microfinance Bank by developing business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and ensuring effective credit and loan processes. This role is ideal for a financial services professional with strong analytical and relationship management skills.
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase the bank’s customer base and portfolio.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Manage credit portfolios, ensuring effective loan structuring, disbursement, and recovery.
Analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and risk.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide regular reports on business performance and market trends.
Promote the bank’s products and services to meet business growth objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, banking, or financial services.
Strong background in credit analysis, loan recovery, and portfolio management.
