To maintain the integrity of recruitment and business processes by conducting thorough investigations and validating the credentials and histories of potential employees or partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct employment, education, and reference verification checks.
Prepare accurate and detailed background screening reports.
Ensure all verification activities comply with legal standards and internal company processes.
Support client engagement and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Education: ND (National Diploma) holder only.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in background verification, compliance, or HR.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Location: Must reside within Mowe-Ibafo, Redemption Camp, Shagamu Inter-Change, Magboro, Asese, Pakuro, Loburo, or Orimerunmu.
Added Advantage: Previous experience in sales or client engagement.
