The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves ensuring compliance, handling customer inquiries, and supporting financing solutions.
Identify and engage potential customers via cold calls, networking, and email campaigns.
Set, achieve, and exceed personal sales targets aligned with company goals.
Present and promote company products effectively to potential and existing clients.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.
Support customers in mortgage profiling and alternative financing options.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales (domestic market).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the real estate market and financing options.
Familiarity with PMIs and ability to drive lead generation.
CSP certification will be an added advantage.
