The Outdoor Marketer will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct field marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves representing the company as a brand ambassador at events, promoting offerings, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Proactively identify and engage potential customers through face-to-face interactions, community outreach, and targeted field marketing campaigns.
Implement field sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Professionally represent the company at promotional events, kiosks, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.
Present property offerings convincingly to potential clients, manage inquiries, handle initial complaints, and provide accurate product information.
Gather market intelligence by monitoring competitors’ activities and sharing insights with management.
Conduct weekly and monthly reports on field activities, lead generation, and client feedback for the Head of Sales.
Collaborate with the indoor sales team to ensure proper handover of qualified leads.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales (domestic market).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of the real estate market and financing options.
Familiarity with PMIs and ability to drive lead generation.
CSP certification will be an added advantage.
