Job Summary
To representing the company to clients focusing on winning and maintaining profitable businesses and generating revenues, managing HR functions, fleet management, recruiting, and outsourcing objectives.
Responsibilities
Managing training and development, and directing operations within budget.
Developing operating policies and ensuring compliance with SLAs and client mandates.
Oversee risk management and legal activities.
Conducting quarterly client engagement meetings.
Effectively managing branch staff.
Supporting performance management and reviewing team performance across the regions.
Executing strategic plans and ensuring compliance with legal documents.
Implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Requirement and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
5 years of experience in Business Development/Management.
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close business wins.
