Job Summary
To develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets, business objectives and bring new businesses to the group from car sales, investment, and loans.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Create compelling marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products/services and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to support marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Requirement and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Financial and Automobile industries.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and content creation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
