To operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery within an FMCG manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient processes, minimal downtime, and consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production and packaging machines
• Monitor machine performance and ensure output targets are met
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor faults
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Comply with GMP and safety regulations

Requirement and Skills

• HND or BSc in a relevant technical or engineering field
• 2–3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of GMP and safety compliance
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
