The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for a leading commercial bank by proactively identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, promoting banking products, and building long-term client relationships while meeting assigned sales targets across various locations nationwide.
Identify and prospect potential customers through field sales, referrals, and direct engagement.
Promote and sell the bank’s products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, and other financial solutions.
Educate customers on product benefits, requirements, and usage to ensure informed decision-making.
Onboard new customers by accurately completing required documentation and processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Represent the bank professionally at all times, upholding brand values and service standards.
Minimum qualification of ND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally—both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage (but not mandatory).
