The Production Floor Staff will support day-to-day manufacturing and production operations by handling raw materials, processing finished products, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the production floor. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production workflows, product quality, and a safe, organized work environment within the facility.
Handle raw materials and move finished products to designated inspection and packaging areas.
Trim, clean, and sort moulded or manufactured parts, separating approved items from defective ones.
Conduct basic visual quality inspections before transferring products to the Quality Control team.
Accurately pack, label, and arrange products according to production guidelines.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic work environment at all times.
Dispose of waste materials properly in line with safety and environmental standards.
Strictly adhere to workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Properly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery targets.
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and shift-based duties.
Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under minimal supervision.
Reliable, attentive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work in a factory/production environment and comply with company policies.
