Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain the customer base.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on pipeline, performance, and revenue generation.
Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization.
Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
Constraint: Candidates must not be sourced from Commercial Banks.
MFB Candidates: Those from Microfinance Banks must have verifiable transaction volumes managed.
Skills: High level of professionalism and a result-oriented mindset.
