The HR Business Partner will provide HR leadership and support across factory and blue-collar teams, driving employee engagement, performance, and compliance with labor regulations. The role involves partnering with line managers to ensure a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Partner with line managers and supervisors to manage daily HR operations across factory and blue-collar teams.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in line with policies and labor laws.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to factory staff.
Support supervisors in setting and tracking performance goals and KPIs.
Implement continuous learning and development programs for staff and managers.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with relevant labor offices and regulatory authorities when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience, particularly in factory/blue-collar workforce management.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and industrial relations.
Proven ability in handling employee relations, union negotiations, and disciplinary matters.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all staff levels.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and labor-intensive environment.
