To act as the primary HR liaison for the Alaba office, leading HR initiatives, talent acquisition, policy implementation, and employee engagement strategies.
Act as main HR contact for the Alaba office.
Partner with departments to meet workforce needs.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Drive performance management and training initiatives.
Enforce HR policies, compliance, and procedures.
Resolve conflicts and manage employee relations.
Support organizational structure and planning.
Collaborate with HR teams across other office locations.
BSc/BA in HR, Business Admin, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
4–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Must live in or around Alaba, Festac, Isolo, or Ikotun.
