Job Summary

To oversee and optimize supply chain operations, manage shipment documentation, ensure customs clearance, and coordinate logistics to support timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documentation, SONCAP applications, and NAFDAC approvals.

• Oversee customs clearance processes.

• Monitor terminal operations and coordinate container release.

• Prepare and accurately maintain regulatory documents.

• Align inventory and delivery timelines with customer requirements.

• Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for timely dispatch and order fulfillment.

• Assist in preparing reports and forecasts related to inbound shipments.

• Identify and escalate potential supply chain delays or compliance risks.

Requirement and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

• 7-8 years of experience in shipping, customs compliance, or supply chain operations.

• Strong knowledge of SONCAP, NAFDAC, customs clearance, and shipping line regulations.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.

• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and performing under pressure in fast-paced environments.
