Job Description

Responsible for recruitment and selection, on-boarding, staff reconciliation, background check, accountability and need analysis of employees in retail while adopting professionalism / acumen in business transactions as related to the brand.

Location:  Lagos

Type:  Full-Time

Qualification  B.Sc

PERSON SPECIFICATION: • Minimum of BSc (2.2) in Social Sciences/Humanities with at least 4 – 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in complex business environments. • CIPM certified. • In depth understanding of HR practices and the HR Service Delivery model. • Business acumen. • Relationship management, engaging, influencing and impacting positively. • Excellent change management skills. • Able to take initiatives and work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment, flexibility and dealing with ambiguity. • Solution-oriented. • Analytical skills. • Excellent consultant profile (advisory, selling & presentation skills, facilitation). • Diplomatic with good negotiation skills. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. • Must be able to travel and within short notice.
